In the Midwest, yes. You will be stared at and likely have the cops called on you for walking. Even if white. If brown, youre DEFINITELY getting cops to show up. If its also dark out, you may not survive.
What?
In unwalkable cities in America if people see you not driving a car every second you are in route somewhere they think you’re a poor criminal up to no good. Also lots of Americans loathe cyclists.
Yeah. If youre on foot youre a dirty thief. The ironic part is some asshole in a truck could steal WAYYYY more stuff instantly than someone walking, OR drive their massive truck into a building or crowded area and be as lethal as a firearm.
Is 'going for a walk' still used as a euphemism in stoner culture if actually going for a walk is already weird?
