Hot take: even if Zinchenko's fit, I don't want him starting the Palace game. He's not had like, any preseason. Ease him into things and let Tierney start (or Tomi I guess but yeah)

Tierney would be perfect against Palace. His pace and defensive soundness would be the best option against Palace's pacy wingers.

Left back is possibly the most deep position we have in terms of numbers, even if the quality isn't as good as our 6 depth. We don't need to rush things. Last time we rushed back a fullback for a game, he got injured for the rest of the season and cost us top 4.
