I know this is not a typical News-Site. The article is an English translation of an article the author Matthias Monroy published in a German Newspaper. It is from the same author and of the same content of the following article in German.

I'd assume the term would be semitiphilism.

Looking it up, Judeophilia would be a word for philo-semitism as well.

Whatever. I don't think philosemitism is really too extreme a position for a memorial site on the ground of a former extinction camp. They're certainly not representing a neutral position.

Yeah, sure... My understanding of philo-semitism really isn't that it implies blind support for genocidal efforts, though.

That being said, I was really just commenting on the word itself, not the news article.
