I'll try to continue Akaru's streak for a few days, but my building schedule isn't terribly consistent and I'm out of existing photos.
I mainly bought this kit for the weapons. I have the RG 2.0 sitting in the box, but I love the Gundam Hammer and I think the Beam Javelin is pretty neat. Since this would be Granddad # 4, I figure I'll use it to practice battle damage and weathering.
I'm disappointed that the extra weapons have no color separation, unlike the base kit proper. I mean, I get why, making a separate clear pink runner just for the javelin beam effect is wasteful. But still, my heart is disappoint.
@TallonMetroid Yeah I honestly had assumed it was a weapon I hadn't seen yet until I read the box again. There's no way I can paint it clear, but maybe I'll do a metallic pink at some point in the future.
Nah, they have made separate small runners for clear parts plenty of times. They probably did it all one color on this set for simplicity since it's EG.
