Four people were killed and 14 others wounded in a mass shooting Wednesday night in Chicago, police said.

The carnage erupted in the River North neighborhood, on the 300 block of West Chicago Avenue, when a vehicle pulled up to a location and at least one gunman opened fire on a crowd standing outside, Chicago police said.

The vehicle fled the scene immediately and no one has been taken into custody, police said.

Israelis blowing up another hospital? Must be a day ending in the letter Y. They don't leave a Manifesto every time they commit an act of Terror. For some groups their agenda is so out in the open they don't feel the need.

Reading comprehension. Do you have it. It was an allusion to groups in power that use terror. Just because no one is claiming responsibility. Doesn't mean it's not terror.

Through it seems in this case it was likely a grudge.
