Haha. Yea ...
The whole phrase, as I've heard and said it, is "my ICQ account was stolen so this is my new number."
My ICQ account probably still exists, but it's from before you could attach an email to it and I've forgotten the password π
I didn't know it didn't use email at first. Mine had an inaccessible email and I was able to recover my account a few years ago by giving the support info about it, like people's names in my contact list. It was fun for 3 seconds and I haven't returned since.
