MODERATORS
It looks ugly and it's probably gonna fucking fall apart eventually. If it's steel, it looks like it's gonna rust. If it's not, well, it's gonna fall apart. This can't be something that is like a permanent installation. I hope not.
I would say they're permanent. There are smaller versions around the roof line.
What won't fall apart in the end!? It looks durable enough, and I think it looks neat.
