tbf I have heart issues and it's stressing me the fuck out, so I'm ignoring it for now.
I am finding my zen while cleaning my guns though, so there's that.
Can't blame ya. Got an anxiety disorder here, I've been catastrophizing harshly and frequently this year. I often need to pull away from news cycles for my own health.
