There have been a handful or so of times in my life when there was a scene so striking that I knew I would remember it forever, even though I didn’t have a camera with me at the time or couldn’t stop to snap a cell phone pic.

I go through them on a regular basis to make sure I don’t forget them. This would’ve made my list if I had seen it.
