The headline speaks of 2 deaths, one of which is clearly and accident, the second that is mentioned we still don't know what happened.
Before the post was seemingly taken down on r/soccer (again, likely due to the misleading title), the top comment mentioned it's a small French town that mainly focuses on rugby, not football. Implying that it's related to PSG shouldn't be done unless more information comes out.
It's obvious that the news headline tries to paint a picture that's clearly inaccurate and written to agitate.
Okay, actually I reread the article again, turns out I wasn't fully paying attention the first time. Sud Ouest even had a frame paragraph at the end of the article showing that the fact isn't indeed related to the match:
