MODERATORS
This is honestly one of the things about the fediverse which makes me the most uncomfortable. It's far too easy to impersonate someone, which could open up some very uncomfortable doors when paired with other doxing efforts, which Lemmy is also quite vulnerable to.
If you get impersonated, report it to the instance admins.
If the admins don't react fast enough, post about it on a meta community like [email protected].
