The state shouldn't have the right to execute anyone. Even if it was morally defendable (it isn't), they're wrong often enough they still shouldn't be allowed to execute anyone.
You think child rapists shouldn't get the death penalty?
I think the state will label being an LGBT person and standing in the same building as a child as rape. You think all LGBT people deserve the death penalty?
You avoided answering my question because you're ashamed of what the truth is.
The state shouldn't be executing anyone, pedophiles included, for the reasons I've already outlined above. Reading comprehension, come now.
