It's coriander and it goes on everything.
Even as I was typing the message I was thinking I bet that's not even parsley π€. You can tell who is the chef in my family! π€£
In my defence, I do have the can't eat coriander gene...

Where did you get the pork ribs from earlier? Butcher? I see racks around but they donβt seem to be very big or have enough meat on bone.
Aldi. That's why I bought them cos they were huge with lots of meat on them.
