In a fascist's mind, giving money to poor people is "classist", giving a wheelchair to someone who can't walk with their legs is "ableist"... ๐
Trump is notoriously a zero sum true believer, despite it being routinely mocked, disproven, and sociopathic. He fully believes that help given to people who are not him is wasteful and harmful to him, at least indirectly.
Really wish that guy on the roof in PA had been harmful to trump.
the "faux" injury on his ear the very next day, was gone.
He's not zero-sum with Putin, though. He's Putin's lackey regardless of what it costs him or his precious reputation.
They openly deride empathy itself. They only use this language to fuel the media cycle and keep their rabid indoctrinated followers occupied. Its all misdirection. They are hellbent on carrying out their eugenicist fantasies and inevitably they will try to do so.
They just distort the language of empathy to enable their cruelty.
