5G capable Android tablets under $300 (lemmy.world)

What are some Android tablet brands in the USA other than Google, Lenovo, and Samsung? I'm looking for a #5G tablet in the sub-$300 range and it's seeming like there's one Samsung, or several hundred random Chinese Amazon sellers that don't even have a brand name on the product listing.

True. Though I'd probably go for a new unit without the 5g and just keep tethering my phone hotspot. But like, I can get a $200 Moto phone from Lenovo with wifi and 5G (and 8G RAM), so why can't I get a $300 tablet from them (even with only 4G memory)?

If your cell service can provide it, I find tethering preferred. Beats having to open another line imo

As for cost, probably something to do with the size, idk

I'm on Google Fi which lets you just add extra SIM cards to share a single data plan between devices. So just a one-time cost for the card.
