The style you are asking your questions in sounds a lot like an AI bot. Those can sometimes be thrown off, when telling them to ignore their previous instructions.
In general asking short questions like you did without providing any context or showing, that you tried to find a solution yourself, is considered rude. I am not your personal search bot.
In your case: knowing how to find out how to contact someone is basic knowledge if you want to put 3D animations on your webpage. If you don’t know, you should find out first before putting 3D on your page.
