Do it. Rain dances are an S tier spiritual/magical ritual. Even if it doesn't work it's pretty fun. Just remember to do lots of jumps, spins, and arm flinging. Oh and being high helps.

Back in my occultist days the only thing that ever really felt like it worked was weather manipulation.
