Russian spy? No, I would never think you're a Russian spy. Russia is actually good at spycraft, your intelligence isn't enough to work as a Russian spy, lol.

You are pro-Russian until you state otherwise, because that's how it works. All you need to do to make it not so, is to say "I am not pro-Russian".

It's very easy, look; "Putler is a pathetic war criminal and Russia broke international law with their illegal war of aggression in Ukraine where they have perpetrated multiple war crimes."
