Drawing a swastika into a window is one of the classic ways to quickly obfuscate nazi graffiti, but I assume based on the new text that this is just a weird shitty attempt at wolf-whistling rather than jamming a regretted tattoo. Lame, poorly-done and cowardly, the hallmarks of the neo-Nazi.
