Dont, CO2 is a poison in a high enough concentration in your kitchen. If you absolutely must do it outside.
Also the cylinder will get fucking cold, like -78ยฐC cold. The cold will lower the remaining CO2s vapor pressure, so youd need to do it in 3 cycles per cylinder to get it 99% empty

You can just return them. They don't check how much is left.
