You can't make a U-turn till you start turning the wheel. This is a turn. A moderate is a turn. Well Catholic moderate. You ain't still going straight on the same road. Whether his turn is the beginning of a wider turn or just a squiggle we can't know yet, but it ain't continuation is my point. And here's the thing about the counter reformists, this is a victory for them. When it's less reform it's a victory.
