Strava's enshitification continues. It's basically useless now without an expensive subscription. I mountain bike. All I want is to track my lap time, segment time, and compare against personal records.

I tried MapMyRide today, which pretty much just tracked my lap time. Not ideal.

Are there any decent alternatives?

I no longer use it but when I moved away from Sports Tracker the best lightweight alternative I found was Caynax Sports tracker. It's about as bare bones as it gets but it did everything I needed it to and nothing else.
