I was going to say. Entertaining writer, I enjoyed his work. But I don’t recall this motherfucker ever deliberately injecting a materialist perspective into his work
His writing was basically pulp Black Mirror novels. wot if monkeys were trained to fight with paddles? wot if your Dinosaur escaped? wot if your nanobots became sentient?
Still fun
I enjoyed them. Never said they weren't entertaining.
