i have IOS so i cant test it myself but one of my friends who im trying to get to use deltachat does and i'd like to know the differences so i know which one to suggest to him so that he doesnt have to pick on his own.

From what I understand, this is a fork of the other by one of the devs on DeltaChat who gets to make it the way he wants instead of going through the group process of DeltaChat.
