Nice PSA for everyone here, document everything. RE's will ping you on anything if they think they can get away with it.

I have been pretty fortunate with every place I have rented. Never had an RE like you have described here, though I have heard similar stories.

Have a family member who had to take their RE to tribunal, cause they tried to take their bond money for a single strand of hair in a wardrobe. Absolute scum 😮‍💨
