I just started Dune Messiah. I've read Dune countless times but this is the first time I've decided to keep going in the series.
I have also started the Void trilogy by Peter F. Hamilton. It can go either way with Hamilton so we shall see.
Haha, I just finished. I've read the whole series multiple times but not for many years. How do you like it? It's quite a tonal shift from the first book.
Messiah? It was okay. I didn't dislike it but it was pretty short and felt largely like one long conversation. I appreciate the atmosphere, it feels like reading a religous text and a history book at the same time. I think I'll keep going and do Children of Dune next.
"Children of Dune next" same here.
