Breeds, tips and tricks about training and behaviour, news affecting dog owners, canine photography, dog-related art and any questions related to dog ownership.

I've never heard of a pig beagle, but I'm sorry for your loss. It's great that you have the dog you do. Maggie looks like a very sweet dog. When I was a kid we had a doberman named Maggie who was also very cute, but my dad was afraid of her (apparently she growled at him a few times) and gave her away. I hope you have your Maggie in good health for a long time.
With the pug beagle (also called puggle) it’s supposed to alleviate some of the issues pugs have like their lil legs and breathing issues, for being a 7 year old when we rescued him form the humane society he was with us for a while
And great minds think alike (naming dogs Maggie).
