Kinda encompasses how I feel when I drop in on a sub Lvl 10 Cadet to help with clearing mission objectives.

The best feeling is to call in strategems for the they haven't unlocked yet. They don't always want to take yours but often it's a lot of fun because they won't unlock it for a while yet.
