This is a place to talk all about Skyrim Mods!

- Sometimes we just need a break from dealing with our mod lists!

- Other languages makes it much more difficult to moderate.

You may not find much help from Skyrim modders because it looks like these are not at all the same as Skyrim or (old) Oblivion mods. But yeah it looks like for those two you just need to put a couple of files in the right place, which looks like it will be in the "OblivionRemastered" you have highlighted in the screenshot there. Unless you accidentally delete things somehow there should be little risk of anything going so wrong that you'd need a backup.
Reshade is different, has its own installer you'd have to download elsewhere. Community Shaders works well enough for me in Skyrim so I've never tried it.

I see no reason to disbelieve it. Makes sense that the old Oblivion is still under there somewhere. Mods that don't require the script extender leaves out a whole lot of things though, we'll have to wait and see if some way to replace some of its functions is possible.
