Ouaip, j’ai lâché 2300 balles à une professionnelle pour que mon dossier passe en premier.

C’est en dehors de la caution, premier loyer etc etc. En plus maintenant ils demandent des lettres de motivation… sérieusement 🖕🖕🖕

On est pas encore au modèle japonais où tu file un pourboire (un gros) au proprio après avoir eu l’appart, mais ça ne m’étonnerai pas que ça arrive un jour.
