Yup. Had that yesterday. Alarm turned off at 5:30 "mmmm lemme enjoy my warm bed for a tiny minute.." wake up and see 6:05 (the time I normally leave)
At least you still woke up in time to save it. My body does this too. I think it must have some kind of intrinsic clock.
It does make me incredibly fast too. I can get dressed, take a leak and get a lunch pack ready all within 5 minutes!
I'll assume you have taken the leak after going to the fridge
