Are there some apps to use Matrix on iOS\Android\Lin\Win you'd recommend?

https://cinny.in/ is great for Desktop environments.

For iOS you can use ElementX: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/element-x-secure-messenger/id1631335820 It's still very new but much quicker than Element. Its a rewrite and the future app that just released.
