Lewis’ stats were subpar last year because the team used him as the setup Guinea pig since he had far better/more feedback experience. No point testing setups on George who wouldn’t know what the top car is supposed to feel like anyway
Oh that's interesting I hadn't heard about that before but it makes a lot of sense.
Not that I don't believe you, but I heard this take elsewhere as well. Is there any "source" for this I can read?
There's not a ton out there, but toto did comment on it early last season.
