I really disagree that any role sh.itjust.works plays is positive, though. It hosts MWoG and NCD, some of the most right-wing communities on the Fediverse, and moreover the admin thinks China and Russia are pushing "gender politics" to radicalize western youths against the US. The fact that there's no interview is by design, it serves as a foothold for right-wingers and fascists who would be banned elsewhere.

Yep, and that it's highly upvoted tells you a lot about that community in general.
