Imagine putting an item worth $713 million in a trash bag while cleaning. Like what on earth would possess you to be so careless? That item would be specially marked and in a secure location at all times.

Depending on when exactly the moved the drive, it would have been more like 750,000 to 7,500,000. But still dumb lol
