Prejudice is a socially acceptable way to express anger. It's bad and irrational, yes.
Is there a good way to express anger?
Go to the gym.
The only acceptable prejudice is hating nazis. With anger, punch a nazi.
Getting angry is like taking poison and expecting your enemy to get sick.

Anger is a secondary emotion and therefore symptom of another problem, you fix the problem.
Anger isn't something that has to be experienced
