This perfectly illustrates just how misguided the strategy of trying to contain China's technological advancement truly is. Any skill gaps can be easily bridged through the recruitment of top Western talent to provide guidance and instruction.

I feel like this is probably anti-Chinese propaganda without any meaningful info contained. The Chinese govt setting up satellite companies to lure confused western engineers seems to align with classic conspiracy theories. Otherwise this is saying giant global firm Huawei will hire westerners which isn’t especially surprising considering their attempts to enter western markets.

I bet they're just sour that Europe is bleeding tech talent to China because material conditions in Europe are collapsing. China allowing visa free travel recently was a brilliant move incidentally. People can now easily go and see what things are like in China for themselves, I bet it's quite a shock for many.
