The relationship between Black Swan and Acheron in HSR is implied.
My "implied" is heavier than your "implied". With GGZ and HI3, one has to perform a mental gymnastic feat rivaling a flat-earther's to deny their relationship. Black Swan and Acheron? Not set in stone.
