Yes, it is why countries agreed to send their current stock to Ukraine (Latvia sent all of their helicopters, all four of them lol, Slovenia sent old M-55 tanks and received Leopards or IFVs iirc, Netherlands and Denmark are sending F-16s since they're replacing them with F-35s from the US, Denmark also sent all of their Caesar SPGs and is most likely gonna buy new ones, and so on).

Here's a list from May of the different "coalitions" working to arm Ukraine.
