the worst part about this is that they typed "kinda an" which is effectively the same as if they had typed "a unhinged", you have to disconnect the vowel sounds you fucking dipass
this is not a grammatical rule, elision is avoided in this case through the nasal, and were it not the case a front-attack on the the article would differentiate it from the preceeding word
