The Dredge Tank. For posting all the low tier reactionary bullshit that you can't post anywhere else. Got some bullshit from Reddit with 2 upvotes and want to share, post it here.

This community was created with the purpose that Rule 8 fans will just block it.

The rules are literally The Dunk Tank's rules, just without rule 8.

Rule 1: All posts must include links to the subject matter, and no identifying information should be redacted.

Rule 2: If your source is a reactionary website, please use archive.is instead of linking directly.

Rule 3: No sectarianism.

Rule 4: TERF/SWERFs Not Welcome

Rule 5: No ableism of any kind (that includes stuff like libt*rd)

Rule 6: Do not post fellow hexbears.

Rule 7: Do not individually target other instances' admins or moderators.

lesser evil calculus where it's literally just n compared to n+1 is so unhinged like, this is not a meaningful measurement. if the harris admin promised to kill 200000 and maim one where the trump admin promised to kill 200001 are we making a difference here? kill 200000 and leave one on life support? what are we doing here. it's so bleak sadness-abysmal

Heartache is powerful, but democracy is subtle. Incrementally, you begin to notice a change in the weather. When it snows, the flakes are softer when they stick to your worry-worn forehead. When it rains, the rain is warmer. Democracy is coming to the Administrative Region. The ideals of Dolorian humanism are reinstating themselves. How can they not? These are the ideals of the Coalition and the Moralist International. Those guys are signal blue. And they're not only good -- they're also powerful. What will it be like, once their nuanced plans have been realized?

The second quote has been quoted often but this first one really, really rings true to the wine liberal experience, especially the "nuance" and the "good/powerful" association.

Yeah, I felt it would be very appropriate here.
