The rules are literally The Dunk Tank's rules, just without rule 8.

Yes, as opposed to sex which just happens spontaneously.

Modern Catholic ideology gets really hung up on the idea that God’s dice roll needs to be an integral part of the reproductive process and anything that interferes with that (contraceptives, abortion, IVF) is an abomination. They’re literally doing the “I consent! I consent! .. I didn’t” meme.
