Recently got a Gaggia Classic Pro Evo, and after few trials and error, was able to pull this espresso shot!.

I finally have my foot in the world of espresso!

I used the hand grinder at the finest setting. Waiting on my local coffee roaster to deliver the pregrounded one. I need to do a comparison to understand the difference.

Yeah cool. Just note that you may need to use the pressurised basket on the pre-ground stuff. Enjoy the journey!
