Trump also want marijuana legalized. But it's not news because it's not to help black people?

Black men are disproportionally charged with cannabis-related crimes compared to white men despite a similar percentage of users in both groups. The supposed smell of cannabis is more frequently used as justification for searching black men and their vehicles.
