How much did you donate to hurricane relief efforts in Florida?
Name other celebrities and singers that are donating to hurricane relief efforts in Florida. You can probably name a handful of them (if you care to search the internet and find out). Which means the majority of celebrities and singers are not donating to hurricane relief efforts in Florida.
Taylor Swift could have chosen not to donate, but she at least gave some money. Could she have given more? Of course! There's no reason at all she should be a billionaire! But at least she donated $5 million, which will go a long way for providing immediate care and supplies. That's more than what most persons are doing to help others out in times of tragedy. Most others simply upvote posts, write comments about "thoughts and prayers", and move on.
Or they can be negative. I choose to be positive and I'm grateful she did this when she didn't have to. Those people suffering in Florida need help, so this was a good thing she did.
