The rules are literally The Dunk Tank's rules, just without rule 8.

Who sets that market rate? THE SAME KIND OF FUCKING ARRANGEMENT THAT DECIDES WHAT CEOS PAY THEMSELVES!
The "market" also decided a failing retail store was "worth" $400/share while epipens should cost a fortune and EMTs should earn $15/hr in a pandemic.
Well that’s not much of a good motivation to respect those rules, is it? Like even as kids we all learned to never play a game against a kid who makes the rules of the game, because we all know the only consistent rule is “only I can win!”
