Absolutely beautiful! Out of curiousity, what's the red food in the bowl behind it?
Thank you! It's a bowl of American buttercream, I store extra buttercream in the fridge for later use.
Ah that makes sense, thanks for clarifying. Also I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm realizing I would eat a small bowl of buttercream by itself, like totally just a few scoops from the vat there.
😅 I can't say that I haven't had a small bowl of icing yet, doesn't hurt to nom some leftover icing that would be thrown away.. like icing full of cake crumbs 😋.
