Hmm doesn't seem like I can get to the preregister page in the austrian google play store @[email protected]

Ditto for Japan. Assuming that it needs to proliferate through the ecosystems though. Copium? 🤣

Edit: try opening through an external browser if you're using another application (Connect, for me). After I used Brave proper, I was able to see it, despite not being able to find it on the play store yet.

Yeah, I was able to see it in firefox, but then I can't register for it ;)
