There are 195 countries in the world and the US has sanctions banning product imports of some kind from six of them:
Kaspersky is Russian software, and Russia is at war with one of our allies. To pretend this is xenophobic "banning anything not American", instead of a strike against a specific enemy, is more than a little disingenuous.
Interesting how China is not on that list... ya know, where TikTok and DJI are?
Because we don't ban things based on country very often, we ban things based on whether they are a threat.
Interesting how you framed this as xenophobia so confidently, and now want to shift the goalposts.
The goalposts remain the same. We'll see what happens if Trump wins.
