This is the Mountain Dew promotion that was announced during the live letter a little while back that they've just pushed a Lodestone article out for.

Doesn't explicitly say in the article but I'm pretty sure this was a North American exclusive.

Not gonna lie, and kinda hoping they bring these to Australia via a collab with KFC who sell Mountain Dew and we can get both the eat chicken emote and the Zu mount in a single package.
